The Inspiring Woman Behind Inspiring Women

If you are in the Chicago area on September, please join us on the 21st for Inspiring Women Conference a very special day of inspiration, motivation and empowerment. It is there that you will meet the special woman behind Inspiring Women–Deanne DeMarco.

Deanne is a remarkable woman who has faced challenges that have daunted women for years. Her roles have included:

  • Stay-at-home “good doctor’s wife”
  • Mom of a child with profound special needs
  • Unemployed divorcee sleeping in a pup tent and living on food stamps
  • Six-figure corner office executive
  • Internationally-recognized speaker and trainer.

Deanne sets the tone for this outstanding day because she knows the power that one inspiring woman can have on another woman. During her challenging years she was sustained by the support of two special women. The first was her grandmother, Grace Rabito, who had taught Deanne by example and encouragement to always “keep your head up, smile, face adversity head on and conquer it!” The other was Pat Yowell. Pat was a woman who Deanne met at church in California. When she learned that Deanne was living in a pup tent on the beach, she found house-sitting jobs for Deanne to give here more comfort, and later invited Deanne to live in spare bedroom in her home until Deanne found work and could afford her own place.

Inspiring Women is Deanne’s gift to other women to pass on inspiration and support woman-to-woman. Joining Deanne on the conference program are these inspiring women:

  • Lillian Bjorseth
  • Kim Ervin
  • Dianne Morr
  • Marcie Stern
